This is hands-on instruction. We mix, shape, and evaluate dough together while I guide you through a simple, repeatable process that removes the need for daily starter maintenance, constant adjustment, or recipe chasing. You’ll see how sourdough can function as a system — one that produces consistent results with minimal hands-on time.
Because we’re working in your environment, we can address the real variables that affect your bread: temperature, timing, flour choices, and workflow. If something hasn’t been working, we’ll identify why and correct it on the spot.
